File does not open at all due to totally corrupted but backup was made.
Cause:
A portion of the file is corrupted but a backup is available.
Solution:
Open the backup copy of the document.
NOTE: The backup copy of this file may also not open if it is also corrupted.
Open the backup copy of the file. (This file be the last saved version of the file.)
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'.
2) Select 'All Files (*.*)' from the 'Files of type' drop-down list box.

3) Select the folder in which the original document is saved.
4) Select the file 'Backup of document name.wbk' (where document name is the name of the saved file)
